The Arte Mare Festival and the SVOD platform Allindì propose to put the selected films online on Allindì for a period of seven days from 12 October 2024.
This platform is a space for sharing to promote Corsican and Mediterranean works, to create links and allow everyone to explore the imagination of an island.
Beyond the tool and accessibility, the desire is to contribute to the development of the audiovisual sector by creating an additional opportunity for the rights holders to promote their works.

When films are re-released on the www.allindi.com platform, the rights holders authorise ALLINDI SAS to put the film online as part of the competition re-release for a period of seven days.
This posting is part of the overall Festival process, each film is identified as being part of the Arte Mare competition. This re-exposure does not, however, give the producer any right to revenue.
Finally, the film is edited free of charge by Allindì and the platform contributes to the various funds for the rights of authors, directors, composers and performers. A redistribution is therefore carried out through this means.
The online publication is not subject to a contract.

REGLEMENT
Mediterranean student film competition
Arte Mare is a film festival at the heart of the Mediterranean Sea in the beautiful island of Corsica. It takes place every October in the city of Bastia.
Throughout its 42 years of existence the festival has welcome various prestigious Mediterranean films as well as their directors, actors, producers and screenwriters.

Awards & Prizes
For the eighth year in a row the festival is launching a student film competition.
5 to 7 films will be selected to be compete and will be screened at the Festival in October in front of a jury of professionals and the audience. 
A prize of 500 euros will be awarded to the winning director.
Allindi offers a co-production commitment for the next film of the winning director(s) with post-production input.

Rules & Terms
Films entered must be less than 20 minutes in length and be from a school or university with a film programme. The director, producer or scriptwriter must be a student or recent graduate (2023). In addition, a synopsis, the poster and two HD photos of the film must be attached to the application, as well as a bio and a photo of the director. Finally, directors/producers/screenwriters must provide their film with French subtitles.

Compétition des écoles de cinéma en Méditerranée
Arte Mare est un festival de films situé au cœur de la Méditerranée, en Corse dite L’île de Beauté. Il a lieu chaque année au mois d’octobre dans la ville de Bastia. En 42 ans d’existence, le festival a accueilli de nombreux films méditerranéens prestigieux, ainsi que des réalisateurs, acteurs, producteurs ou encore scénaristes.

Prix et récompenses
Pour la huitième année consécutive, le festival organise une compétition de film étudiant. 5 à 7 films seront sélectionnés pour la compétition et seront visionnés, lors du festival en octobre, par un jury de professionnel ainsi que le public. 
Une dotation de 500 euros sera accordée au réalisateur lauréat.
Allindi offre une coproduction du prochain film du ou des réalisateurs lauréats avec apport en post production. 

Règles et conditions
Les films inscrits doivent impérativement faire moins de 20 minutes et être rattachés à une Ecole ou une Université dotées d'un enseignement de cinéma. Le réalisateur, producteur ou scénariste doit être étudiant ou récemment diplômé (2023). Par ailleurs, un synopsis, l’affiche et deux photos HD du film doivent être jointe à l’inscription ainsi qu’une bio et une photo du réalisateur. Enfin, les réalisateurs/producteur/scénaristes devront fournir leur film sous-titré en français.
