I understand that there is a $10.00 cleaning fee for the school-issued uniform parts.  The uniform parts will not be issued unless the cleaning fee has been paid. (checks payable to Scranton Bands) *

My student is requesting a school instrument (Tuba, Baritone, French Horn, Bass Clarinet, Bassoon).  I understand that Mrs. Evans will do her best to accommodate my student for the above instrument request. *
I understand that if my student is assigned a school instrument, there is a school rental fee of $50.00 per school instrument.  This rental fee is good for the 2019-2020 school year and covers general maintenance, and any repairs that are not the fault of the student. For percussion only: I understand that my student is allowed to use all of the school-provided percussion equipment.  Due to the high cost of replacing percussion equipment because of multiple student use, there is a percussion maintenance fee of $50.00.  This maintenance fee is good for the 2019-2020 school year and covers general maintenance, and any replacement of equipment that is not the fault of the student. In lieu of fundraising, I am offering families the opportunity to donate to the Scranton Band Program.  Donations will be used towards (but not limited to): the purchase of new music, new band instruments, theory materials, replacement of worn-out uniform parts, and other items such as pizza parties, rewards for activities, etc.
