Foundation scholarships of up to 90% are available for participants to offset the cost of the training, which is $500 (meals and materials included). If you wish to apply for a scholarship, please let us know how much and explain the reason:

Please send completed applications by link or e-mail no later than June 30th. You will be advised of your acceptance via email by 10 days within confirmation of your application. A $50 deposit fee is due with your application. If accepted into the training, the fee is non-refundable, but is transferable. Full payment is due by June 30th to hold your spot. Please make checks payable to:
