✧ RE: ORDERS & PAYMENT DEADLINE, RELEASE DATES, ETAs, RAFFLE ENTRIES:
1. DEADLINE OF ORDER: UNTIL SOLD OUT OR ALL SLOTS GET TAKEN
2. DEADLINE OF PAYMENT (DOP):
50% down payment (PAYO)

Full payment by (2nd pre-order): July 30, 2022
Full payment by (3rd pre-order): Aug 10, 2022


IMPORTANT NOTE: Failure to pay on deadline may result to slot forfeiture/penalty, or pre-order benefit cancellation.

2nd p/o: starts Aug 30
3rd p/o: starts Oct 6

✧ RE: SUDDEN UNAVAILABILITY
Securing merch for BTS merchandise in general can be very competitive. Please manage your expectations but we exert effort to the best of our ability to secure everything you ordered. In any case we failed to do so, full refund will be processed accordingly.

5. RAFFLE ENTRY
No raffle allocation or rules are applicable to this group order.

✧ RE: ORDER CANCELLATION
Once order form has been submitted, cancellation/changes in your order may not be done especially if we have secured the item already. In any case you insist to cancel/change the submitted order, cancellation fee of Php 20% will be charged. If cancellation fee is not settled, the transaction will be posted as bogus.

✧ RE: RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND
Return/exchange/refund will be addressed in accordance to these policies:
- if we shipped the wrong item/variation to you
- if your order/s were unsecured or sold out
- battery items with defect can only be exchanged if item is unsealed by our shop; we can test battery products before shipping them out from korea to make sure of their quality upon request, otherwise, it will remain sealed.
- damages/loss caused by the courier company will not be shouldered by the shop
- missing items will only be acknowledged if client is able to send an unboxing video
- outbox with dents / slight damages especially if caused by courier is not eligible for exchange/return

✧ RE: CUSTOMER AGE
Customers below 18 years old should be given consent by their parents before ordering. Submission of order form automatically states that you are either of age or a minor ordering with consent from their parents.

✧ A reminder that the responsibility of our shop ends upon acceptance of your parcel by the designated courier.
