Our team at Vive Collective are big believers in Founders who were once high growth startup Operators. Everyone knows the Paypal mafia story, and we are now seeing the emergence of seasoned and somewhat scarred digital health alumni sticking with the industry to build the best new companies.

Inspired by Oscar publishing their alumni turned Founders, we are building a public list of all the OG digital health Operators turned Founders to highlight and celebrate these origin stories, and resolve once and for all who wears the digital health mafia crown! We will follow up with many of them to learn and amplify what they applied from their time as an Operator.
