CONNECTICUT BOARD of VOLLEYBALL OFFICIALS - Application for Training & Membership
Application deadline – June 1, 2025. 
An additional $25 processing fee applied if received June 1-June 15. 
Training fees of $110.00 (which includes a CIAC background check fee of $10) along with the signed “Background Check Form” must be submitted in order for an application to be considered complete.
Candidates must successfully pass the written and floor examinations to be eligible for membership.The training portion of the fee ($100) is non-refundable. 
Membership is $100, and is due upon successful completion of the training and written & floor exams.
