Applications are open to any academic library employee in the state of Oregon. Below, please provide your name, institution, role in your workplace, and a short statement (no more than 250 words) that addresses your instruction/teaching experience and your existing knowledge or experience with transparent design (this will be provided to the facilitator to aid in workshop preparation). If we receive more than 20 submissions, we will choose a group of participants that will provide the greatest diversity of type of institution and location in the state. Preference will be given for applicants actively engaged in instruction at their institution.
