Our Other Mother Registration 2022
Kia ora, this is a very special competition to ensure our kids voices are heard, both their love and their concerns for Mother Earth. This will be a high profile competition with the winner's art & literature going into a gorgeous book to represent our kiwi youth voice at COP 27.

This competition also fits well with the great work you are already doing with our nation's students through;
- Visual Arts
- Creative Writing
- English
- Education for sustainability
- Environmental Education
- Climate Change Learning Programme

We are excited to get you and your students on board ready for a fun and meaningful Term 2.

Registration opens 1st April.
Registration closes 30th April. EXTENDED
Launch on Mother's Day, Sunday 8th May
Competition Starts Monday 9th May
Entries received by 8th July, end of Term 2.
Winners announced 1st August.

Please fill in this short form in full as it helps us organise a tight and successful competition for everyone. Categories include Art (Graphic, Illustration & Mixed Media) and Literature (Poetry & Letters; Dear Our Other Mother). The maximum entries from any school is 15 entries. For many schools it will make sense to run your own in-school competition to find your best works to send to the main competition.

Following registration and payment of the entry fee we will send you resources that will aid you and your students participation. The pack will also include instructions for all categories and a consent forms.

Fee for entry is essential. 100% of the Fee goes towards us being able to run this competition. We are a Charity so are Tax Deductable. If we do not reach the required number of entries we will not be able to go ahead with this special competition. If this happens all fees be refunded.
