Here is a brief description of team responsibilities. Please note that details about your position will be emailed to you prior to the event and a team huddle will occur before your shift so you are comfortable with your role and expectations prior to serving.
Set-Up: This team will assist with setting out all tables, chairs, decorations, Kid's Zone activities, apparel, etc. The set-up team will also be available to assist vendors as they arrive, and will aid them with set-up needs that may require extra hands.
Tear-Down: This team will bring all furniture back inside, wipe materials down, collect trash, assist with storing items, aid vendors with tear-down, and will tidy up the parking lot and Youth Center so the church campus is ready for its Sunday morning activities.
Kid's Zone: This team does require background clearances. If you are in need of clearances, please let us know and we will assist you with that process. Our Kid's Zone volunteers will oversee games, prize distribution, crafts, and inflatables.
Hospitality: This team will aid shoppers and vendors with needs that may arise. This may include greeting guests, assisting shoppers with transporting merchandise to their vehicles, aiding vendors, and maintaining the facilities. The hospitality team will own the guest and vendor experience.
Check-Out: This team will oversee merchandise sales. Multiple tents will be set up this year to streamline the sale process.
Parking Lot: This team will greet guests as they arrive and aid them with parking.
