V.I.P Event Attendee Waiver

**I, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as an attendee at the V.I.P. Event hosted by KIMS (Kitching Internet Marketing Solutions) and its representatives, including Perrie Kitching:

**1. Role and Responsibility:**

I understand that KIMS CEO, Perrie Kitching, and other KIMS representatives are acting as personal assistants for this event and not as financial advisors. Any interactions with Perrie Kitching or KIMS representatives during the event are solely in the capacity of personal assistants.

**2. Compliance with Laws:**

I acknowledge that KIMS has developed a blockchain solution within an advertising platform, which operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The funds generated from advertising sponsorship support both Web 2 and Web3 blockchain solutions within the network.

**3. Web3 Blockchain Solutions and Advertising Sponsorship:**

I am aware that advertisers who purchase sponsorship packages have the option to participate in Web3 blockchain solutions developed by KIMS and its representatives, potentially resulting in cash rewards. My participation as an attendee indirectly supports the Web3 blockchain solutions developed by KIMS and its representatives, and I consent to this arrangement.

**4. Personal Assistant Loophole:**

I understand that the role of Perrie Kitching and KIMS representatives as personal assistants creates a distinction between direct investors and advisors within the network. I agree to this arrangement, which allows Perrie Kitching and KIMS representatives to deal directly with blockchain interest-generating solutions on behalf of attendees.

**5. Confidentiality:**

I agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any sensitive information, strategies, or developments discussed during the event.

**6. Release and Waiver:**

In consideration of being permitted to attend the V.I.P. Event, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release and discharge KIMS, its officers, agents, employees, and representatives, including Perrie Kitching, from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, or liabilities, arising out of or related to my attendance at the event.

**7. Governing Law:**

This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Florida].
