legally represented by Ms. Astrid Hamberger - president, processes your personal and special data on the basis of social assistance activities, as follows: name and surname, family members' names and surnames, gender, date and place of birth, conditions of residence, citizenship, country of origin, status, signature, religion, nationality/ethnic group, data from civil status documents, economic situation, identity document, telephone/fax, address (domicile/residence), e-mail, profession, job, professional training (diplomas, studies), family situation, bank details, status on the labor market, health data, belonging to a vulnerable group, series and number of the act of
identity, personal numerical code, photographic image, intended for the provision of services/implementation of activities within the organization. To be able to benefit from the services/facilities that the project offers, it is necessary to register as a participant, via
completing the forms for the activities you participate in within the project. The recorded information is intended for use by the Brasov Migrant Integration Center and is communicated only to the following recipients: the data subject, the legal representatives of the data subject, employees of the Integration Center
for Brasov Migrants with access rights, the project partners responsible for carrying out the activities for which you are registering, contractual partners of the operator, central/local public authorities, and other institutions authorized by law to request information.
We inform you that, according to Law no. 677/2001 updated, you benefit from the right of access, intervention on the data, the right of opposition and the right not to be subject to an individual decision. Also, you are recognized the right to go to justice for the defense of any rights guaranteed by law 677/2001, which you consider to have been violated. Please keep in mind that the exercise of the right of opposition does not affect the legality of data use
before withdrawing consent (notification does not have retroactive effect).

Щоб мати можливість скористатися послугами/об’єктами, які пропонує проект, необхідно зареєструватися як учасник через заповнення форм для заходів, у яких ви берете участь у рамках проекту. Записана інформація призначена для використання Центром Iнтеграції мігрантів Брашова та передається лише таким одержувачам: суб’єкт даних, законні представники суб’єкта даних, працівники Центру інтеграції з правами доступу партнерам проекту, відповідальні за здійснення діяльності, для якої ви реєструєтеся, договірні партнери оператора, центральні/місцеві органи державної влади та інші установи, уповноважені законом запитувати інформацію.
Повідомляємо, що відповідно до Закону № 677/2001 ви отримуєте право на доступ, втручання в дані, право на заперечення та право не підлягати індивідуальному рішенню. Крім того, ви маєте право звернутися до суду для захисту будь-яких прав, гарантованих законом 677/2001, які, на вашу думку, були порушені. Майте на увазі, що використання права на заперечення не впливає на законність використання даних до відкликання згоди (повідомлення не має зворотної сили).
