We recognise at some point everyone finds themselves needing a community around them and for many, when crisis hits, they have few supports and community connections to hold them. This isolation can make hard times so much harder. So many people struggle alone and it can be very hard to reach out and make those community connections when you're already experiencing overwhelm and stress.

Our aim is to provide short term support to people in our community, who are in need of an extra hand up for a while, with delicious, nutritious meals made locally.

Our team of volunteer drivers delivers weekly throughout the Dandenong Ranges and Knox area,  bringing home cooked, frozen meals to your door on a Monday afternoon.

Depending on your needs and circumstances, we are able to provide a weekly delivery service for up to two months.

We hope that we can provide temporary relief, ensuring you and your household are nourished with healthy meals, so you can focus on life's other stresses, whilst also ensuring that we can be sustainable in the long run.

For those who are based outside our area of reach, you are welcome to be in touch and we will do our best to refer you to suitable services closer to your area or arrange a time with you on Monday or Thursday to pick-up some meals.

If you would like to nominate someone else for a meal, please check with them first. You can help them fill in the form or you can fill in the form for them once you've asked them for the answers. We will need all the information on this form including allergies and contact details of the person receiving the meals, even if you will be picking up the meals for them.  Please ensure that if meals need to be delivered that they are home on the Monday afternoon - we will attempt to make contact with each person prior to delivery.
