Kids In Action Re-Enrollment 2022-2023

Your child is fully re-enrolled when this form is submitted AND your FACTS Account has been updated.

To update your FACTS account for the 2022-2023 school year (https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/4JVQJ):

- Go to your account and click under "2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR" where it says "Set up payment plan" (this has to be done each school year).
- Schedule changes may be made until July 29th to go into effect on September 6, 2022. After July 29th you may not change your child's schedule until August 30th to go into effect on October 3, 2022.
- There will be a $50.00 fee for changing your child's schedule after August 30th.

If you would like to enroll a child who has not attended KIA last year, please register them on the HPS Website under "Programs" & then "Kids In Action"

Location of Kids In Action Programs:

Before School @ East: Children K-5 who attend East or Foster Schools
Before School @ South: Children K-5 who attend PRS or South Schools
After School Kindergarten, First & Second Grades located at South School
After School Third, Fourth & Fifth Grades located at Foster School

*Locations are subject to change depending on availability in HPS buildings.

2022-23 Fee Schedule -To complete your registration, please mail the Non-refundable Registration Fee and Deposit to Kids In Action – 220 Central Street – Hingham. The $150.00 deposit will be applied to your May 2023 tuition payment.
