IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW PLEASE READ


This form will help you sign up for the TABE online HSE/ABE Placement test that is required to enroll in an HSE/ABE course at RISE. If there was a date given to you as an option for testing that is no longer available on this registration form, it means that testing session has no open spots. There is a $30 annual program fee that covers this exam as well as any courses you would take over the school year. If you have already paid the annual program fee, this placement test is included in that fee.


Steps to take:

1.) $10 testing fee can be paid over the phone or in person the day of test - If you are planning on taking classes, an additional $20 will be needed to complete the annual fee.

2.) Make sure you bring your ID (government issued or school ID works).

3.) Please leave your personal belongings at home/car. NO CELL PHONES ALLOWED DURING TESTING.

4.) We are following COVID-19 social distancing precautions. MASKS ARE MANDATORY. Please reschedule if you are feeling ill.

5.) You will need to contact your RISE counselor for results the following day after the test.
