The Santa Cruz County Fair application will close July 15th, 2024. Applications received after the closing date will be put on a waiting list.

Please fill out this application to be considered for the event in which you are applying. Completing this application does not guarantee a space for the event. You will be notified by email of the status of your application. Fees, forms needed, and event details will be sent if you are approved as a vendor.

Please choose the appropriate space size. (SCCFRA cannot guarantee any space and has the right to change vendor locations at any time at the event) No inside space available. All booths are required to pay the vendor fee. Non-profit spaces will be charged half of the vendor fee with proof of nonprofit status.

Thank you for your application and for applying to be a vendor for the Santa Cruz County Fair & Rodeo Association. Your application will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and we will fill spots based on the number of vendors needed to best support the crowd we are expecting. Once we have filtered through all of the information, you will receive an email with either an approval or decline. If you are approved, you will also receive a list of information we will need in order for you to be fully registered and a deadline for when to turn in that information. We have limited space so not all vendors that apply will be approved.
