Please fill out the following form if you would like to be considered for a spot in the 93rd Annual Invitational this summer.  Any remaining spots will be filled using the names on this list.  Those that have already been contacted or submitted your registration do not need to fill this out.  Past participation, flight make-up, member/non member ratios will all be factors in determining eligibility.
