ClimateScience Translator Application

ClimateScience is a youth-led climate education charity. We're united in the belief that people need to understand climate change to solve the climate crises. Driven by a team of hundreds of passionate volunteers from 40+ countries, we bring free, reliable, and accessible climate education to everyone. Our programs and resources like online courses and global Olympiad reach millions across 190 countries.

About this role:
As a translator, you will join a team of over 100 highly driven volunteers working from 29 countries to help break down language barriers and enable people around the world to learn about climate change. As part of a dedicated language team, you will translate & proofread our resources from English into your language of choice.

Requirements:
- Native/fluent level in English & at least 1 more language (the one you translate into)
- Minimum time commitment of 4 - 6 hrs/week for at least 3 months, preferably 7 - 10 hrs/week
- Able to work reliably & independently
- Interest and passion for climate education
