Ernestine McClendon Talent Grant Nomination

The Ernestine McClendon Talent Grant from Recruiting Innovation was created to provide opportunity for underrepresented professionals to join or excel in the tech recruiting industry.

This grant program is a 5 month program that runs twice a year. This program provides Tech Recruiter Certification, mentorship, professional support and community building to help build a diversity pipeline for the tech recruiting industry. We seek out members from the BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, 50+, and disabled communities to participate in this grant.
