Woburn Recreation Department Survey

The Woburn Recreation Department is aiming to deliver the very best quality recreation programs possible for our community, so we are asking our members for their thoughts and opinions.  We are committed to creating, and implementing the very best of programs, ensuring that what our community wants is represented-and that is where your survey feedback becomes important.  

Your help is needed! We are asking the public to take part in this very short 10 question survey regarding future Recreation Programs.  

In addition to this short survey we have attached a link to a longer needs assessment survey that if you complete you will be entered into a drawing for a $50 in Woburn Recreation Department credits for future programs.
