Total number of hours booked is split evenly among the group.  Bodywork as a whole is billed per hour, per therapist, at a 5-hour minimum.  You can mix and match among the options.

Raindrop Therapy combines aromatherapy, reflexology, massage and moist heat to create healing and cleansing through structural and electrical alignment to the body. The purpose of the therapy is to bring total balance, harmony, and body wellness – mental, physical, and emotional.

Advise your therapist (prior to booking) if you are on blood thinners, pregnant, nursing, have any allergies, prior accidents injuries or medical conditions prior to any body work, especially raindrop therapy.  

Please see the ingredients for raindrop therapy to review ingredients to make sure you don't have any allergies or skin sensitivities to the oils.

I understand & agree that as the client, I/we will need to greet the professional team 45 minutes to 1-hour prior to the start time to begin set up and tour the event space, the day of our booking. 

Heart-Mind Fitness Training may be able to reduce set up time if we did a Zoom intro w/ virtual tour ahead of time, unless there are unforeseen circumstances.

I understand & agree to the Terms & Conditions of Heart-Mind Fitness Training and that there is a *50 percent* deposit due via debit or credit card in order to secure all the details of my booking.  All payments (including deposits) are non-refundable (one-time transferable)

The balance is due in full, 72-hours before my booking call time.  If payment is not made within 48-hours, your booking may be cancelled, still enforcing the no-refund policy.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

There is a minimum service/travel booking fee of 15 percent depending on your location and number of practitioners.
