Day: Available on 1st Sunday or 3rd Saturday of each month
Time: 9.00am-12.30pm (Sundays) or 1.30pm-5pm (Saturdays)
Duration: 3.5hrs
Maximum Capacity: 60pax (including children and accompanying adults) *$10 per additional pax above 60.*
Maximum number of children allowed: 36pax

Package price: $1200 (Flat fee with no GST charges) - Full payment has to be made within 30 days from the invoice date. There would be a 20% surcharge for public holidays - $1440.

Package includes:

- Exploratory play at Visual Arts Space (1.5hrs)
Remarks: Non- slip socks are mandatory for children and adults. Guests can opt to purchase the socks for $3/pair at the reception. Food & Drinks are not allowed in the Arts Space at all times.

- Craft activity in Studio 1&2 (30mins)
Remarks: Craft materials will be provided for participating children only. Please indicate the total number of children in the form below. Maximum 36pax children only.

- Dining in Studio 1&2 - Tables and stools provided for maximum 60pax (1hr)
Remarks: Food and drinks are not included. Party hosts can arrange for individually packed meals or engage a licensed catering company to setup self service buffet for your guests.

- Take away packaging for leftover food (60pax)

Important Note: Please note that alcohol is not permitted in our premises. Party hosts can bring their own decorations to set up in the Studio 2 only.

- Use of sound system for music in the Studio 2 - Party hosts can connect their equipment (laptop, phone or ipad) via our speaker to play their preferred background music for their guests. 

- For those who would like to engage an external vendor to provide a magic show in the Studio 2 please inform The Artground via email (booking@theartground.com.sg) and schedule the magic show after the craft activity. STRICTLY NO LIVE ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED IN OUR VENUE AND HELIUM TANKS OR BALLOON.
