Netball in NSW owes a huge amount to the thousands of volunteers who so generously give their time for the good of our sport. Netball NSW aims to recognise those volunteers who have given extended lengths of service.

Certificates of Recognition can be provided for five, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 years of service, and each subsequent five years of completed service, to the sport in NSW.

This form MUST be completed for EACH volunteer you are wanting to recognize.
