Payment: Payment for the courses must be received as per the payment options above. Participants registering with the option to pay in two installments should make the second payment in no more than two months time. Refund Policy: Requests for refunds of the fee paid for the class must be received no later than two days before the start date of the class and a $100.00 processing fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. No refund is provided after the class is started. Certificate of Completion: Targeted Technology Institute provides certificate of completion with hours of professional development for each course participants completed. Participants earn 8 contact hours per week of online courses.
