At Vet 2 The Starz, we understand what a difficult time this is with your beloved pet. Please do not hesitate to call or text us at 737-240-1738 before scheduling and or confirming availability for in In-home euthanasia and end of life services. Because of the process of this type of service, plenty of time is necessary to arrive to your area, which can vary daily. First, complete this request form and we will contact you to confirm and complete scheduling. Forms are reviewed during business hours Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings. We are closed certain days but not limited to Sundays, Christmas Eve, Christmas, Easter, and New Year's Day.
