Thank you for choosing to support The Sub Rooms and our Fundraiser. If you wish to submit more than one piece of art please use a separate form for each piece.

The Exhibition will open on Tuesday 3rd December for a private view (more details to follow) and run in the George Room until Saturday 8th December, including late night opening for Goodwill on 7th December. 

Visitors will be able to bid in the silent auction for the duration of the exhibition. For any unsold art, collection will be arranged for early December.

Please provide any additional information and hanging requirements:
Please ensure that your picture is ready to hang with secure string or picture wire. If your piece is unframed please provide the equipment and hanging instructions above (eg: bulldog clips). We can not guarantee to exhibit pieces that are not ready to hang.
Please email a picture of your art to anna@thesubrooms.co.uk to be used on social media, advertising and/or our website.

This will allow us to share your art before the show opens.
How much of the profits from the Silent Auction will go to The Sub Rooms

Would you like to sell cards or small prints at the exhibition?
These will be sold during the exhibition and must be provided individually wrapped and with a price on. The Sub Rooms will get 20% of the sale price unless you wish to 100% donate to The Sub Rooms. 
You will be paid after the exhibition. Please email anna@thesubrooms.co.uk with quantities and prices by 25th November and deliver with your artwork.

All art work needs to be delivered to The Sub Rooms on Friday 29th or Saturday 30th November between 10am and 3pm clearly labelled with your name and the title of the work. 

If entering multiple pieces of work we will endeavour to include them all but if space is limited some pieces may not be exhibited. Please complete a separate submission form for each piece of art you would like to submit. 

Please ensure your piece is ready for hanging with picture wire or additional hanging equipment provided. Any pieces not ready to hang may be excluded from the exhibition. We reserve the right to exclude any pieces that are not suitable for exhibiting.
