2024 Tompkins Festival Equipment Lending Request Form
Our equipment is currently located at 2 locations. Based on your needs we will set up meetings at the appropriate location. You will find maps of both locations at the end of your application. 

Please also note the following:
  • Per the guidelines of the Tompkins County Festivals Program, equipment lending is restricted to events that are FREE & OPEN to the public
  • We will do our best to accommodate and confirm as many requests as possible
  • Equipment is reserved on a first come first serve basis
  • The items in the lending library are purchased with the intention for shared, outdoor use.
  • If you notice a piece of equipment is broken, you are responsible for letting us know IMMEDIATELY upon discovery and ideally prior to your event
  • A borrower's behavior with equipment may affects future rental approvals. Same goes for misusing equipment, it ultimately takes away from all program users.
Your request is NOT APPROVED until you receive confirmation via email that the equipment you are requesting is available.

*Please remember that equipment is lent on a first come first served basis, and the program gets very busy at times so be sure to complete your form as early as possible.

This lending library is provided as a courtesy and made possible by the Strategic Tourism Planning Board and the Tompkins County Festivals Program.  Any failure to abide by the guidelines in this lending request/agreement may incur applicable fees and impact your ability to borrow equipment in the future.
