1) Please pick number of families you want to provide access to Family Water Scorecard tool.
2) Subscribing to the tool will provide access to families in your group. Each family will respond to the Questionnaire of the tool.
3) On submitting the response to the questionnaire, the families will be sent a detailed Family Water Scorecard that includes:
a) how much water family is currently using and how water efficient it is as per water efficiency benchmark
b) suggestion for specific low cost hardware changes and no cost behaviour changes customised and relevant to the family
c) volume of water the family will save on making the suggested changes.

4) Subscription Fees will be collected as donation to Jal Smruti Foundation using UPI ID or by net bank transfer - details provided further. Your donation will be tax deductible. We shall send you a donation receipt & access to the family water scorecard tool, once you send us the proof of payment to contact.jalsmruti@gmail.com
