Thank you for taking part in this year's Bristol Walk Fest. You've contributed to another fantastic programme of walks and events, showcasing the very best walking opportunities available across our city.

This survey closes at 5pm on Monday, 12 June 2023. As a thank you, all providers completing the survey will have the option to be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 Cotswold Outdoor gift card.

1. The prize draw will be held on Tuesday, 13th June 2023. 2. Your chances of winning do not depend on any responses given in this survey. 3. Only one entry per organisation will be eligible for the prize draw. 4. One prize of a £50 Cotswold Outdoor gift card and no alternative prize will be offered. 5. Age UK Bristol (AUKB) is the data controller for any information you provide in this survey. It will only be used for the purposes of Bristol Walk Fest 2023. In addition to your organisation's name and email, we also collect your name. Data will only be retained by AUKB, and in accordance with your wishes as below:
1. To manage and administer the prize draw, and/or
2. To contact you about next year's festival, and/or
3. For evaluation and publicity purposes (both in paper and online), and/or
4. For a reasonable period after the event to assist AUKB with relevant administrative and operational purposes.

We will not share your personal data with any third parties unless we have your permission, or we are required or permitted to do so by law. Anonymous evaluation data may be transferred to an independent evaluator for analysis.
