Complete and submit this form to order your Senior Ad Page in the 2023-24 yearbook. Payment for your ad may be made online at: https://valdostahs.revtrak.net/. Orders are due submitted and paid for no later than Friday, January 12, 2024 to reserve your spot.

Please adhere to the following:

1. Photos of children without clothing, photos of anyone with weapons (knives, guns, etc.), or pictures of anyone with dead animals will not be accepted.
2. Any song lyrics or poems included in the message must include attribution.
3. Digital photos may be emailed to: wforce@gocats.org, or provided on a flash drive or SD card. If providing actual photos, they will be scanned and returned to the student. (Photos may be dropped off at the front office or with Mr. Force in room 1301-104.)
