Homeschool Math Class Registration Form
Each group will be 2-4 students and will meet once per week (breaks for regular school holidays) 
Registration includes 16 Lessons (1.5 hr each) and 6 free study sessions for extra help each semester.

Cost
Early Bird Discount $100 off for the first 6 registrations

Classes are $40/week ($640 per semester) + cost of book
$50 deposit required to reserve your seat.

After completing this registration form, you will receive an invoice for the $50 deposit as well as a contract. Once the deposit is paid, your spot is reserved.
