12/08 JHCP Financial Assistance Session (ACLAB)
Hi Seniors, 

Only complete this form is you plan to attend the Financial Assistance Session on Thursday, December 8, 2022. This session is limited to 6 students. This form will close 12/06 at the end of the school day. 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Your 2021 federal tax returns, W-2’s, and other records of money earned.
  • Banking statements and records of investments (if applicable).
  • Records of untaxed income (if applicable).
  • List of colleges you would like to attend. 
Additional information you will need if you are completing the FAFSA
  • Social Security Number. Be sure it is correct!
  • Your Alien Registration Number, if you (student) are not a U.S. citizen.
  • An FSA ID to sign electronically.
This session will take place in the College and Career Lab, room 218. Please bring your charged chromebook. Feel free to reach out via email with any questions.
