Please complete this form to set up an appointment and we will call and let you know when your diploma is ready for pickup. It usually takes 24-48 hours from the time of the submission of this request form. After the form is submitted, please wait for a confirmation email that states your diploma is ready for pick up. Then, you can come to the school between 9am to 2pm,  Monday - Friday.  Please note that the diploma will only be released to the recipient named on the diploma. ALL diplomas must be signed for. Any laptops or devices you have must be turned in.
