- Local Artists preferred.
- Family Friendly artwork required [YCCT has the right to request any piece(s) not to be displayed].
- Original work required (fan art or parody not preferred).
- Artist installs and takes down art. 2" nails can be used on panels - no screws. Artist must provide their own nails and hammer. Artwork should be under 10 lbs. per piece.
- Artist provides QR code or other format for customers wishing to purchase their work. Artist will handle anything regarding the sale of their artwork (employees working at YCCT will not be equipped to assist in these sales).
- In return for being displayed, YCCT only asks for social media content to be made tagging YCCT [@yborcitycoffeeteaco (Instagram), @yborcitycoffeetea (Facebook), or LinkedIn] about the display. {We would greatly appreciate one post per week.}
- YCCT must be allowed to take general pictures/videos of the display (not individual pieces) to advertise the new display and Artist. The artwork may be viewable in other pictures/videos taken around the shop and posted as well.
- YCCT is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
If accepted, a set-up time will be given or agreed upon (typically a weekday, 3 PM - 5:00 PM).
Due to level of interest, art display may need to be shared. If accepted, total amount of display area will be described via email.
If for any reason Artist needs to retrieve their Artwork before the month's end, a written request via email to the Artwork Coordinator will need to be confirmed for early retrieval (a one-week notice preferred).
