Wreath & Poinsettia Order Form

Please support your Mahoney Music Programs & PTA by purchasing your wreaths and poinsettias through the PTA this year. 

We will not be sending wreaths and poinsettias home from school this year to minimize contact. 

You may purchase a 24” wreath with ONLY a ribbon OR a Ribbon and Pinecone decoration and/or 6 ½ inch poinsettias in Red or White and have them delivered to your South Portland address or purchase a “coupon” and pick your items up at

Highland Farm, 109 Highland Ave, Scarborough

Coupon item pick up: December 2nd-9th

You can send completed forms into school. Your wreath and Poinsettia “coupons” will be sent home with your child the first week of December.

 Delivery in South Portland will take place December 2nd.


All orders are due by November 18th.
