P2+ Program Application
Thank you for your interest in the NBDA P2+ Program. The NBDA P2 Program has a long standing history of uniting retailers in peer groups dedicated to enhancing profitability and long term success. Building on the program, the NBDA welcomes retailers to join a continuation of the program, P2+. Dedicating to improving retailers net profit and cashflow, while making their balance sheet healthier this program will dive even deeper into financials and KPI’s allowing all retailers to drive extra value into their business while being surrounded by like minded professionals. Please complete the application below for consideration into the P2+ Program.

P2+ Program Participant Guidelines

  • Annual Revenue $5 million plus from Bicycle Speciality Retail Business

  • Proficiency in Accounting, KPI’s and Business Metrics to be proven in interview with P2 Program Moderators

  • Submittal of last year’s P/L statement to show proficient business operations

  • Submittal of personal reflection stating strengths that retailer will bring to the other retailers in the group.

  • Members expected to be able to  provide Interim reports (current up-to-date snapshot of business), Budgets, Monthly P/L Statements, Cash Flow and additional Financials.

  • Members expected to submit additional KPI’s to group including but not limited to; Profit per Employee (Net Profits divided by number of  employees), Return on Assets (total assets divided by profits), Profit Return on Payroll (total payroll divided by net profit) EBITDA (Net Income + Interest + Taxes + Depreciation + Amortization)

  • Members expected to prioritize virtual and in person meetings.

  • Group Access limited to Business owner, unless instance of absentee owner, then operations manager (the Operations Manager MUST have intimate knowledge of their company’s financial statements). 

  • Noncompeting with current P2+ members

  • P2+ meets quarterly via virtual Zoom call on determined Tuesday ; 11:45 am- 1:45 pm EST

  • Open enrollment, with application to NBDA to be reviewed by P2 Program Moderators for approval. Application here.

  • 2023 special introductory dues $350 a month, ($150 a month if current P2 Program Member)

Following your submission of your application for the P2+ Program the P2 Program Moderators will contact you to schedule a 60 minute zoom call to review application in finer detail. All Applicants will be advised of acceptance into program on April 28th, 2023.
