Proficiency in Accounting, KPI’s and Business Metrics to be proven in interview with P2 Program Moderators
Submittal of last year’s P/L statement to show proficient business operations
Submittal of personal reflection stating strengths that retailer will bring to the other retailers in the group.
Members expected to be able to provide Interim reports (current up-to-date snapshot of business), Budgets, Monthly P/L Statements, Cash Flow and additional Financials.
Members expected to submit additional KPI’s to group including but not limited to; Profit per Employee (Net Profits divided by number of employees), Return on Assets (total assets divided by profits), Profit Return on Payroll (total payroll divided by net profit) EBITDA (Net Income + Interest + Taxes + Depreciation + Amortization)
Members expected to prioritize virtual and in person meetings.
Group Access limited to Business owner, unless instance of absentee owner, then operations manager (the Operations Manager MUST have intimate knowledge of their company’s financial statements).
