Terms & Conditions

All plans are offered and available for our residential customers only. All subscriptions are charged month to month. Subscriptions are activated during business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Service charges will be added when services are reactivated during emergency hours weekends and national holidays. (Plans offered to local residents of DFW Metroplex)

Fees will not be applied to any subscription when charged month to month.
A one time cancellation may be charged, if decided to cancel.
