IPA Descriptions

All C’s Classic - 5.9% ABV
This IPA utilizes some classic West Coast "C" hops, such as Crystal, Centennial, and Cascade. We thought it would be fun to have West Coast-style IPA hops meet east coast hazy IPA grain and yeast - resulting in notes of pine and citrus.

Alternative Hops - 5.9% ABV
For the creation of this IPA, we experimented with alternative hop products from our friends at Hopsteiner and John I. Haas. These products are concentrated hop oils that are used either hot or cold side during the brewing process to create the same hop profile as traditional hops but with less waste. Experience notes of tropical fruit and citrus while sipping on this IPA.

ISM IPA - 5.9% ABV
This IPA consists of a combo of Idaho7, Strata, and Mosaic hops. When used early in the brewing process, Idaho7 hops have more compounds that survive the duration of the brew, which helps increase the flavor and aroma of all the hops used. So we used it as a building block for some of our favorite hops, Strata and Mosaic - creating flavors of tropical fruit and berry accompanied by dank undertones.

What are your thoughts on the Star Party Dogs & Boats (9.2% ABV)?

This experimental brew shows how switching up the yeast can really change a beer! We took our staple Dogs & Boats recipe but fermented it on a new yeast. Star Party from Omega Yeast is genetically modified to produce thiols - which are compounds derived from hops that give off intense fruity, tropical flavors and aromas. Utilizing this yeast adds hefty flavors of dank guava and citrus to the Dogs & Boats we all know and love.
