The Wave Fellowship 2024 Application.
By applying to the Wave Fellowship you stand a chance to be selected as one of the 60 fellows who will join the 2024 program. During this immersive 3 days, the 60 Wave Fellows will get training with a unique focus on Artificial Intelligence and Sustainability, and exclusive access to leading tech companies such as Google, SAP, Logitech and Beekeeper.

The Wave Fellowship was established with a clear and resounding motivation - to address the underrepresentation of women in the technology sector. Recognizing the immense potential and talent that often goes untapped due to systemic barriers, the fellowship seeks to empower women to overcome these obstacles and thrive in the tech industry.

Eligibility
The Fellowship is exclusively for female students currently enrolled at a university in Switzerland (3rd year Bachelor or Graduate level). Or have recently graduated.
