2. Your proposal will be reviewed by the WMF Global Advocacy team, according to the RightsCon evaluation criteria (listed here: https://www.rightscon.org/your-guide-to-a-successful-proposal/#step_3)
3. The Global Advocacy team will reach out via email about successful submissions and next steps.

Resources and tips to inspire a successful proposal:
◘ Lean into the themes for RightsCon 2022, which include: disability rights, public health, environmental sustainability, gender justice, Indigenous rights, racial justice, migration, and youth and children's rights.
◘ Successful proposals will be creative, interactive sessions (especially workshops) that have a specific question or problem statement that will be addressed and a clear outcome for session participants. Outcomes from previous RightsCon sessions can be found here: https://www.rightscon.org/experience/#outcomes
◘ Be as specific as possible! What's happening in your region, in your language, or on your specific project? What questions about Wikimedia are top of mind for you? What challenges have you encountered? What do you want to brainstorm with a room full of human rights specialists, developers, technologists and researchers?
◘ See this step-by-step list of tips from RightsCon: https://www.rightscon.org/your-guide-to-a-successful-proposal/
