Gold Level Sponsorship: $2500 (includes 1 premium exhibit table, 2 registration, ad, electronic +)

Silver Level Sponsorship: $1200 (includes 1 preferred location exhibit table, 1 registration, ad + more)

Bronze: $600 (includes 1 exhibit table, 1 registration)

Non-Profit Organizations: $250 (includes 1 exhibit table)

Additional Exhibit Tables: $100 per each (1) additional table

Prints/samples in swag bag: flat rate 1 item $50, 2 items $75

MAND Speaker: One (1) display table free of charge

All other Sponsors/Exhibitors who would like to attend conference sessions and receive Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits must register separately for the Annual Conference. Please visit http://www.eatwellmd.org/page/annual-meeting for conference registration information.

Payment Information

All sponsors must meet guidelines established in MAND’s sponsorship policy http://www.eatwellmd.org/page/sponsorship-policy and be approved by MAND’s Sponsorship Committee. Once approved, an invoice will be sent to the email address listed above with instructions for making a credit card or check payment.

The deadline to sign up to sponsor/exhibit is Monday March 25, 2024, 11:59pm EST. Registration will not be considered complete until payment has been received. Late registration may be accepted by email, based on availability. However, for all registration forms received after the March 25th deadline, a late fee of $50.00 will be added to the total cost.

Cancellation policy: Prior to 11:59pm EST on Friday March 29, 2024, organizations that have completed registration are eligible for a 50% partial refund in the event that they are no longer able to attend the Annual Conference. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for cancellations after midnight Friday March 29, 2024.
