CEC and Prospect Heights School District 23

Thank you for taking the CEC Equity and Excellent Needs Assessment Questionnaire for your child's school and the district itself. Please focus on the boarder range of experiences with your school. Responses will be anonymous, and the results will be collected and analyzed by the CEC. The questionnaire will take about 10 minutes to complete.

If you feel you have a child currently not attending a District 23 school and feel you would like to provide feedback regarding your previous experience in one of the District 23 schools, please feel free to take part in this survey.

The results from this questionnaire are an important component of the data collection process for the district's Equity and Excellence Needs Assessment. The purpose of the questionnaire is to provide the district with a snapshot of key indicators related to programming and processes that ensure access, opportunity, and success for each student. The results will be used to continue to improve each school and the district.
