I have placed my room key(s) into the envelope, filled in my name, building/room number, 700, and date/time I left the building, and that I placed my key in the envelope on top of my desk. Or if you are not the last person out of the room you can lock the door, place the key in the filled out envelope, and either slide it under the door or put it in the check out box located by your Lead RA/RDs apartment. *

Your key envelope can be found taped to the outside of your room/apartment on the door. If there is not an envelope for you to use please write your name, 700#, building, room number, and the code on the key on a piece of paper and tape your key to the paper.
