This is the official form for tomogumodu's viewer requests on Blue Archive JP. Please read the rules before you continue.

1. This form will NEVER ask for your login credentials. This form will only store the list of people that Tomo will contact during the Viewer Pulls.
2. Join the Tomodachi Discord Server (https://discord.gg/RDrYKREXET).
3. Feel free to edit your response if you want to change details. If you want to back out, inform Tomo or the mods immediately.
4. If you don't respond within 3 minutes after Tomo sent a DM, he will skip your request and proceed with the next request. You can always follow-up if you're late, but all requests will be deleted after the livestream.
5. There are two options available for Viewer Pulls: (1) I'll log in to your account and do your pulls or (2) Do your pulls live on stream. The instructions will be available once you pick your preferred option.
