This year we will be hosting virtual Educational Booths on the Hopin Platform during our conference on June 24-27th. Each booth will be visible for a day with the option of: pre-recorded video, slideshow, or clickable links. We will have a scheduled "live" time for an official Meet & Greet with conference attendees June 25th, 4-6pm est. This is a great opportunity to meet prospective students, answer questions or show people around the studio. Each booth can have up to 10 people on live video at any one time, with up to 50 in the booth using the chat feature at one time.

You will be invoiced $150 upon completion of this form.

Educational Booth includes:

- 1 complimentary all-access ticket to the conference

- 1 dry run of the event on Hopin Platform prior to the conference to make sure everything looks right in your booth, which will be set-up by SNAG staff, and to address any technical difficulties with staff

- Booth will viewable for 24 hrs: June 24th 2pm- June 25th 9pm est.

-Imbedded pre-recorded content (video or hyperlink) in your booth when it is not "live"

- Designated "Live" Meet & Greet from 4-6pm June 25th

- Live video and chat for private meetings with conference attendees in your booth

All non-profit educational institutions who are vendors are included in the Meet & Greet at no extra cost- $150 value. Vendor booth fee: $900.

Vendor booths include:
- Larger booth/logo on Hopin
- Booth access for attendees for the full 3 days to view pre-recorded content, or for you to plan an off-schedule after hours event.
- All day live events by vendors on Sunday June 27th, included in conference schedule
- Call to Action (prominent, clickable button, for attendee's to submit their email address or redirecting them to a webpage)
