Keynsham MakeSpace - Expression of Interest

The refurbishment of No. 2 River Terrace, next to Keynsham Leisure Centre, is now complete. MakeSpace has been created as a community arts and local business space, with a show-stopping frontage designed by YOU&ME Architects and painted by Bristol-based signwriter, Tozer. The initiative aims to allow community groups, artists and businesses to have a High Street presence and test concepts in a low-risk environment.

We are now inviting expressions of interest from those interested in renting the space for pop-up shops, studio sessions, events, exhibitions, workshops, meetings, co-working, skills and training sessions, and more.

If you would like to register your interest in the initiative, please fill in your details using the short form below. Please note that your form does not constitute an official commitment at this stage - your responses will be used to inform our conversations with you going forward.
