Course Descriptor
The course looks at leading and managing improvement in Primary Outdoor Learning and is appropriate for colleagues who have a leadership role for Outdoor Learning within a primary school setting.
This course will support subject leaders to:

• Lead teaching and learning of outdoor learning across the whole school
• Implement the National Curriculum through a whole school approach to outdoor learning
• Understand how to develop an interactive site to support an engaging outdoor curriculum
• Make judgements about pupils’ achievement in outdoor learning to meet Ofsted expectations
• Lead sustainable improvement
• Develop subject knowledge through advanced skill development in outdoor learning
• Plan for continuity, progression and assessment
• Develop advocacy skills in primary outdoor learning

Booking Policy
Invoices will be issued once a booking has been received, if you cancel or do not attend a booked course you will be charged as follows (this only applies to courses over £50):
More than 30 days             No charge
Between 15 days and 30 days             30% of course fee
Between 7 days and 14 days     60% of course fee
Between 1 day and 6 days             Full course fee

These charges are applied to cover catering and administration costs
