Club sponsorship funds are available to support current MGAC Senior/Junior/Life club members who have been selected by Archery New Zealand to represent New Zealand at international events. The funds may be granted on a case-by-case basis, up to a maximum of $250 (Oceania, Australasia) or $500 (outside Oceania or Australasia). There is a limited amount of funding available and not all applications may be funded.

Archers may apply once per calendar year by completing this electronic form at least one month before the start of the event, indicating:
- where and when the event is to be held
- expected cost of the event and itinerary for the archer
- how much the archer wishes to apply for
- how the archer has supported MGAC so far, and
- how the archer intends to continue supporting MGAC in the future.

Applications will be reviewed at the next available committee meeting.
Successful applicants will need to provide a NZ bank account number to receive funds.

Applications will be reviewed at the next available committee meeting. Although the archery community is small, reasonable efforts will be made to address any conflicts of interest (real or perceived).

In assessing applications the committee shall consider: length of membership, participation in club working bees, club postal shoots, have a go days, supporting club tournaments, support for youth archery and beginning archers, involvement in fundraising, coaching or other visibility and availability to club members. The committee will also consider the balance of funds available and the number of likely applications each year.

Successful applicants must provide a brief written report to the club regarding their experience at the event. They will also be encouraged to speak with other members about their experiences, such as holding a discussion with the youth line.
