Movement Building Skill share sessions
Movement building is about organising and inspiring people to work towards a collective vision or cause that is important for a community.  A lot of the work we're doing across FoodFutures is about creating movements within the local community- whether this be food champions, regenerative farmers, composters, gleaners and more.

These four sessions are an opportunity for Diana and Rachel from the Closing Loops project to share their learnings from a Movement Building training course provided by the Social Change Agency.  We will introduce the Social Change Agency  movement building canvas as a framework and look to test the approach for use with various aspects of FoodFutures work particularly where movement building will be important.

Through the sessions we will work collaboratively to either develop a movement building canvas for FoodFutures generally or for the separate elements people work on. These sessions are open to anyone from the FoodFutures network to join. Places are limited to 20 and will be on a first come basis.

The sessions will be on:
- Weds 1st Nov (11-12)
- Weds 8th Nov (1-2)
- Weds 22nd Nov (11-12)
- Weds 6th Dec (11-12)

To help us plan please fill out the form below to express your interest and indicate which sessions you can make. We would ask that people can join at least 3 out of the 4 sessions and will share notes between sessions to allow for catching up.  The sessions will be held at the Lancaster Sustainability Hub and directions to this can be found here
