A 1yr old female child presented with a progressive rash on her back for 3 weeks. Child was slightly irritable. The lesion started as a small papule, which gradually progressed in a serpiginous manner over the back. Systemic review was unremarkable. Developmental status was normal. Baby was exclusively breastfed. Her vaccinations were up to date. Cutaneous examination showed an erythematous, tortuous, thread like tract extending a few centimetres from the lower back to mid of upper back.
