Introducing: Tennis-Focused Fitness Classes

What are Tennis-Focused Fitness Classes?
These classes are specially designed to complement your tennis training, focusing on enhancing your strength, agility, and speed, all while improving your overall fitness. We've carefully crafted these classes to provide a well-rounded athletic experience, including specific tennis fitness drills.

Who are they for?
These classes are for ages from 12 to Adult! (Note: we are considering offering babysitting services for $5 per class. If interested, please email me).

When do they take place?

The classes will be on Mondays from 3:30 - 4:20 and Fridays from 4:00 - 4:50. Session 2 will start on Monday, 1/8/24 and go through Friday 2/2/24. This will be the second session of three. We will continue to offer these through the end of February.


Where are the classes taking place?
We are so excited to be able to offer this fitness classes at one of the best fitness facilities on the east side: Athlete Instincts! They're located right next to Shooters in Loveland:  774 Loveland-Miamiville Rd, Loveland, OH 45140

  4. Improved Endurance: Tennis matches can be grueling. Our workouts will enhance your cardiovascular fitness, allowing you to keep up the pace and finish strong.
  5. Specific Tennis Drills: In addition to general fitness, we'll incorporate tennis-specific drills to fine-tune your hand-eye coordination, racquet control, and match endurance.
Instructors:
Our experienced coaches, Paolo and Traci, will lead the sessions. Paolo brings his years of tennis expertise, while Traci's extensive fitness training background (certified fitness instructor for 10 years) ensures you get the best of both worlds.

Pricing:

There will be four options:

 - Once a week ($80) - Monday from 3:30 - 4:20 (4 classes)

 - Once a week ($80) - Friday from 4:00 - 4:50 (4 classes) 

 - Twice a week ($160) - Monday AND Friday 

 - Players choice ($20 per day) - Pick the number of days you can attend, and join either Monday and/or Friday

When you sign up for any of these sessions, part of the proceeds will go to supporting the Milford Athletics Tennis Program.
